We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and strategic Finance Head to lead and manage the overall financial operations of AIP Education. This role is responsible for ensuring strong financial governance, regulatory compliance, effective budgeting, and accurate reporting across all branches. The Finance Head will work closely with management to support business growth, financial sustainability, and informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the overall financial operations of AIP Education across all branches, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance.
Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and cash-flow plans, ensuring effective fund utilisation and financial discipline.
Track and manage revenue, expenses, profitability, and branch-wise financial performance, providing regular insights to management.
Ensure timely billing, invoicing, and collection of student fees, commissions, and receivables from universities, partners, and vendors.
Monitor and reconcile agent commissions, sub-agent payouts, and incentive structures, ensuring correctness and timely settlements.
Ensure full tax compliance, including VAT, income tax, TDS, and other statutory obligations as per Nepalese regulations.
Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management, investors, and auditors within defined timelines.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and financial institutions, supporting audits and statutory reviews.
Implement and maintain financial controls, approval processes, and risk-management mechanisms to safeguard company assets.
Oversee vendor payments, contracts, and expense verification, ensuring proper documentation and cost control.
Support management in strategic decision-making by providing financial analysis, projections, and scenario planning.
Ensure financial systems and records are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with CRM, admissions, and operations data.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all financial and commercial information.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field (Master’s degree, CA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred).
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in finance management, preferably in education, consultancy, or service-based organizations.
Strong knowledge of Nepalese tax laws, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting skills
Strong understanding of internal controls and risk management
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities
