We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Head to lead our finance department. The Finance Head will play a crucial role in managing financial operations, developing strategic financial plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial background, leadership skills, and a proactive approach to financial management.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support company goals.
Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and key financial metrics.
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
Manage financial audits and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial processes and controls.
Prepare financial statements, reports, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
Evaluate and recommend improvements to financial systems and procedures.
Lead and mentor finance team members to ensure high performance and professional development.
Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in finance and accounting.

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Proven experience (5-7 years) in financial management, preferably in the healthcare sector.
Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Experience with financial software and systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, etc.).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to stakeholders.
