Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Consultant at Dia-Leo in Kathmandu. The role involves financial planning, consulting, and utilizing analytical skills to drive business success in the realm of lead generation, appointment setting, and telemarketing.

Responsibilities

  • Providing financial advice to Australian businesses based on their circumstances, appetite for risk and desired level of future investment growth
  • Analytical Skills & Consulting expertise
  • Financial Planning skills
  • Analyzing client information and future financial projections to ascertain the best investment solutions and strategies for clients
  • Maintaining good relationships with clients and adapting their advice and strategies to meet unexpected changes in financial circumstances
  • Producing financial reports and communicating to clients what the figures mean
  • Meeting all regulatory requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an emphasis on actively listening to and understanding clients’ needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/Business
  • At least one year of experience in similar role or in a call center
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure 
  • Results/Solution focused
  • Must have a working laptop
