Roles and responsibilities of this job

Minimum Requirements:

Masters Degree in finance from a recognized university
First division or CGPA 3.00 out of 4
The candidates requires thorough understanding of Nepalese capital market and its regulations, securities trading process, banking procedures and financial statements analysis
3 years relevant working experience in Merchant /Investment Banking sector or possess professional qualifications as CA/ACCA/CFA
The candidates should be possess sound knowledge of capital markets, taxations and relevant laws/regulations of Nepal
Age should not exceed 35 years
