The Finance Associate will be responsible for assisting the Senior Finance Officer in the company's day-to-day activities. Assisting with accounting, tax filings, accounts receivables, accounts payables, and payroll processing will be the primary responsibility of the finance associate.

What you'll do:

• Responsible for updating financial spreadsheets with daily transactions.
• Tracking and reconciling bank statements.
• Processing the Tally Entries on time and correctly.
• Recording accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Ensuring payments, amounts, and records are correct.
• Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers, and journals.
• Recording and filing cash transactions.
• Processing and Filling Invoices.
• Processing expense requests for approval.
• Participating in quarterly and annual audits.
• Liaising with third-party providers, clients, and suppliers.
• Supporting banking-related transactions.
• Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
• Supporting monthly payroll and keeping organized records.
• Providing administrative support.
• Supporting other financial work as required.

What you'll need:

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a CA firm would be an advantage
• Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
• Experience using financial software

Skills and Competencies: 

• A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
• Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Must have a two-wheeler and driving license
