Level/Salary Range: Dependent on experience 

Position Type: Full Time

About the role: 

Assisting the Financial Controller in managing, processing and troubleshooting various accounts and transactions.

  • Recording daily petty cash transactions
  • Monthly Statement of Accounts to each client with open invoices
  • Chasing overdue invoices.
  • Record all Sales and Purchase invoices into Quick Books
  • Record all Tangible Assets, serial numbers are up to date and assigned to who
  • Process and Record Intercompany Transactions
  • Entering Purchase Orders and invoices on CRM.
  • Daily bank reconciliations
  • Monthly Journals
  • Suggest changes or improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and cost reductions.
  • Assist Finance Controller as required
  • Assist with ad-hoc admin duties as required
  • Assist in dealing with the Auditors for Final audit
  • Safekeeping of all Tax and VAT related documents 
  • Work Process Documentation

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Very good understanding of accounting principles and best practice
  • Completed or studying towards Graduate in Accounts or similar qualification
  • Knowledge of Accounting Software, Quick Books preferred but not essential.
  • Good Command on English verbal and written communication
  • Excellent numeracy skills and accurate data entry
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently meeting deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Outlook
