Job Description

Qualification: Bachelor Degree of Management, preferred Swastik accounting software

Basic Skill and knowledge:

Swastik data entry including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, bank reconciliation statement, Stok, Inventory and preparation of debtors / creditors statements.
Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms and requests for payments.
Handling petty cash, preparing bills and receipts.
Maintaining accounting records, making copies, filing documents, etc.
Should have knowledge on about Vat, Tax, Swastik Accounting Software and Billing Procedure.
HR and Administration Management.
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Nepali.
Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word) is a must and experience in using Swastik Accounting Software is highly preferred.
