Finance and Admin Officer

• Assist the Finance Manager for a smooth financial operation and governance
• Prepare vouchers with appropriate and adequate supporting documents
• Prepare invoices
• Obtain quotes for goods and services including travel related logistics
• Incur and account for petty expenses and manage it
• Prepare employee payroll
• Ensure regular and timely payments of taxes
• Assist the Finance Manager in creating financial reports on a regular basis
• Process bills and carry out payments in a regular and timely manner
• Maintain stock and asset registers and update their movements
• Collect and enter data for various financial spreadsheets
• Maintain and update Human Resource files
• Any other duties that may be deemed appropriate to this role

In addition to the above tasks, the position will also have opportunities to get involved in other substantive program of the organization depending upon the skills and interest.
The ideal candidate will have interest in emerging digital technology, will be an out-of-the-box thinker, will be creative and a fast learner, will bring energy and sense of humor, will be a good team player.
A certain level of flexibility regarding availability outside normal working hours is required to attend and facilitate programs/events.
