Project: Vulnerable Women's Rights in Recovery & Reconstruction

• Prepare budget and financial projection of the project as and when requested by Project coordinator
• Prepare financial reports of the project with maintained bank account reconciliation
• Maintain Bank Account (Reconciliation)
• Make financial arrangement for meetings, trainings, workshops and other relevant activities under project
• Maintain and update assets record / Inventory and stationery stocks of the materials related to the project
• Maintain full procurement and quotation related to any trainings, ensure the quality and timely payment to the vendors
• Responsible t o support finance manager of the organisation for detail financial report of the project to be submitted to Donor agency monthly as well as after the completion of the project

Project Duration: 4 months

Salary will be as per the rules of the organization.
