Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Analyst to support the financial planning, investment analysis, and strategic decision-making processes of Brihat Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, project feasibility studies, cash flow management, and financial reporting across real estate development projects. This role plays a critical part in evaluating investment opportunities, monitoring project profitability, optimizing financial performance, and providing actionable insights to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities for real estate projects.
Conduct investment analysis and project feasibility studies for land acquisitions and property developments.
Analyze construction costs, project expenses, sales performance, and investment returns.
Monitor and manage project and organizational cash flows to ensure financial sustainability.
Provide financial insights, recommendations, and decision-support analysis to management.
Prepare and present daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Develop management reports, budget variance reports, cash flow reports, and financial dashboards.
Prepare project profitability reports and investment performance analyses.
Interpret financial data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities affecting business performance.
Prepare executive summaries and financial presentations for senior management.
Support strategic planning and business decision-making through data-driven financial analysis.
Ensure accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of financial information and reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and financial performance.
Assist in monitoring project financial performance against approved budgets and targets.
Maintain high standards of financial governance, confidentiality, and professional integrity.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or CA/ACCA/CFA is an advantage).
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in finance, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and investment appraisal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
Good understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
Excellent analytical, report writing, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with high accuracy.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
