Job Summary:

General Technology Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Finance and Admin Officer with 3-4 years of experience to oversee financial transactions, administrative tasks, and office operations. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting, financial reporting, and administrative management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial records, invoices, and payments to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare financial reports, budgets, and expense forecasts.
  • Handle payroll processing, tax filings, and statutory compliance.
  • Monitor and manage office expenses and petty cash transactions.
  • Maintain vendor and client payment records and ensure timely disbursements.
  • Assist in procurement, office administration, and staff coordination.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining company policies, employee records, and office supplies.
  • Support the HR team with recruitment and employee onboarding processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administration.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
