Job Summary:

General Technology Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Finance and Admin Officer with 3-4 years of experience to oversee financial transactions, administrative tasks, and office operations. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting, financial reporting, and administrative management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage financial records, invoices, and payments to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Prepare financial reports, budgets, and expense forecasts.
Handle payroll processing, tax filings, and statutory compliance.
Monitor and manage office expenses and petty cash transactions.
Maintain vendor and client payment records and ensure timely disbursements.
Assist in procurement, office administration, and staff coordination.
Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining company policies, employee records, and office supplies.
Support the HR team with recruitment and employee onboarding processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administration.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and compliance.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
