Nepal Clearing House Ltd. (NCHL) is a Payment System Operator licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank and promoted by NRB and almost all the banks & financial institutions to establish and operate national payment systems in Nepal. It is currently operating Electronic Cheque Clearing (NCHL-ECC), Interbank Payment System (NCHL-IPS), Retail Payment Switch (RPS) and National Payment Switch (NPS) with processing of over 90% of retail transactions in terms of value within Nepal. Additional channel platforms that NCHL is providing includes connectIPS, National Payments Interface (NPI), CORPORATEPAY, connectRTGS and NEPALPAYQR. NCHL is expanding its team to drive its existing systems, businesses and operations including National Payment Switch (NPS). Job Description

Finance & Admin Officer is expected to ensure recording, compiling, analyzing and reporting of financial information. He/ She ensures financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures and also provides administrative support to other departments.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Compiles and analyzes information to prepare financial statements including monthly, quarterly and annual accounts in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
  • Ensures management of payables, receivables, reconciliations and tax related matters.
  • Prepares and monitors budget / financial forecast.
  • Analyze and advise on business & strategy including revenue & expenditure trends, financial commitments and investments.
  • Prepares financial plans and projections for ongoing operations and new projects.
  • Handle overall office management including co-ordination for general administration.
