Specialized in Earthquake Resilient Stone Masonry Building infrastructure with 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in similar type of projects
Proven experience in planning, coordination, management, report writing, technical training, survey, design, cost estimating, and construction supervision
Should have a through knowledge of participatory techniques and experience in working with Multi Donors and implementing programs with stakeholders engagement and a high level of community participation
Demonstrated ability to work in complex environments under tight deadlines will be highly preferred

Work station: Waku Community-06, Mapya Dudhkoshi RM Solukhumbu (with ocassional field visits)
Offered salary: 40,000-50,000
Project Duration: 9 Months with Extension possibility - based on Perfomance

Responsibilities:

Facilitate the Overall Construction of Waku Healthpost Construction project and Solaban Earthquake Relier Housing Project
Lead and coordinate with Healthpost Construction Committee and Monitoring Committee for smooth operation of Waku Healthpost Construction project and Solaban Earthquake Relier Housing Project
Establish and maintain professional and productive relationships with communities and local government
Serve as a focal point for problem-solving in implementation of Waku Healthpost Construction project and Solaban Earthquake Relier Housing Project in coordination with Project Team
Regular updates of program activities to the center team ensure activities are on schedule as outlined by the Project Team
Establish good coordination with government and non‐government stakeholders to prevent duplication of actions

Salary: 40,000-50,000 incuding all benefits – based on the working experience
