We are looking for Field Sales Representative will visit retail shops to explain our company products, take orders, collect payments, and report daily work to the supervisor. 

Job Responsibility

• Visit retail shops as per company plan
• Explain product details, price and offers clearly
• Take daily orders from retailers and give them to the company on time
• Collect payments and deposit as per company rule
• Maintain record of daily sales, orders, and collections on mobile app
• Inform supervisor about market updates, retailer's feedback or problems
• Help in product delivery when required
• Maintain good relationship with retailers
• Follow company rules, dress code and work timing properly

Qualification & Experience

• The candidate should have education degree with minimum Grade 8 completed but not more than 10+2
• Candidate having prior experience in field sales, delivery, or marketing will be preferred but not mandatory

Skills and Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills
• Hardworking and willing to travel in market
• Honest, polite, and responsible.
• Two-wheeler license and own bike/scooter is an advantage but not mandatory

Salary Structure

• Gross Salary: Rs 22,000
• TADA: Rs 150 per present day
• Vehicle Maintenance: Rs 3,000 per month (applicable only if candidate has a two-wheeler)
• Fuel: 30 liters of petrol per month (applicable only if candidate has a two-wheeler)
• Conveyance Allowance: Rs 150 per present day (applicable to candidates who do have a two-wheeler)
