Job Description

The Field Sales Officer will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's electric vans, trucks, and automotive products in assigned territories. This role involves visiting potential clients, explaining product features, negotiating deals, and achieving monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate should be energetic, persuasive, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities:

  • Visit retailers, fleet owners, and potential clients to promote vehicle sales.
  • Demonstrate product features, benefits, and specifications effectively.
  • Generate new leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate vehicle models or solutions.
  • Conduct roadshows, on-site demonstrations, and test drives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Prepare and submit daily visit reports, feedback, and sales performance updates.
  • Assist in setting up promotional displays, marketing campaigns, and events.
  • Coordinate with the after-sales/service team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collect payments and assist with basic documentation as required.
