Safa Tarkari is looking for an energetic, confident, and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team.This is a field-based sales role involving regular customer visits, new customer acquisition, business negotiations, relationship building, and achievement of monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate should be comfortable meeting new people, exploring the market, approaching potential customers, negotiating business deals, and converting prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential customers through regular field visits and market activities.
Generate new leads and develop new business opportunities.
Visit prospective and existing clients to understand their requirements and business needs.
Acquire new customers and achieve assigned monthly sales and customer acquisition targets.
Develop business relationships with hotels, restaurants, resorts, offices, and other institutional customers.
Promote and present Safa Tarkari’s fresh produce and services to potential clients.
Conduct meetings, presentations, negotiations, and close business deals with prospective customers.
Follow up with leads and prospects and convert them into paying customers.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and business presentations when required.
Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery.
Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
Explore new markets, locations, and customer segments to increase sales and customer acquisition.
Maintain accurate records of field visits, leads, follow-ups, customer information, and sales activities.
Prepare regular sales and field activity reports.
Collect customer feedback and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution of issues.
Perform other sales and business development-related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Sales, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in field sales, business development, sales & marketing, customer acquisition, or B2B sales will be preferred.
Must be comfortable with daily field visits and meeting new customers.
Strong ability to identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
Confident communication, negotiation, persuasion, and business-closing skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
Target-oriented, proactive, and result-driven approach.
Good understanding of the Kathmandu Valley market will be an advantage.
Willingness to travel frequently within Kathmandu Valley for client meetings and business development.
Ability to understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions.
Strong follow-up skills and the ability to convert leads into customers.
Energetic, confident, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in the field.
Ability to handle rejection, overcome sales challenges, and consistently work toward monthly targets.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and digital communication tools.
Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong business acumen.
