Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a high-energy Sales and Distribution Executive who owns a two-wheeler and is ready to actively travel across Kathmandu to promote and distribute our skincare, haircare, cosmetics, and makeup brands. This role is ideal for someone who works like a Medical Representative / Field Marketing Runner—confident, persuasive, and excellent at building relationships with salons, spa, makeup studios, pharmacies, Derma clinics and beauty outlets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Promotion & Demonstration

Learn and understand Beauty Nepal’s full product portfolio ( Beauty Buffet Scentio , Meilinda, Gino McCray, Merrezca, etc.).
Visit skin & hair clinics, dermatology centers, salons, makeup studios, makeup academies, pharmacies, and cosmetic shops.
Demonstrate products, explain benefits, ingredients, pricing, and usage.
Carry testers, brochures, and sample kits for demonstrations.
Distribute catalogues, share offers, and ensure brand visibility.

2. Field Sales, Lead Generation & Deal Closing

Pitch products confidently and generate new B2B sales daily.
Close deals through strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up.
Maintain active daily field movement—covering Kathmandu routes systematically.
Track competitor pricing, promotions, and store feedback.

3. Distribution Development

Identify and onboard new stores, clinics, and salons into Beauty Nepal’s network.
Build strong long-term relationships with owners, managers, and practitioners.
Ensure proper product placement and visibility in partner outlets.
Collect orders and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery.

4. Merchandising & Store Activation

Set up testers, displays, and promotional materials.
After learning, train client’s staff on product usage, selling points, and ingredients.

5. Reporting & Coordination

Maintain visit logs and client deal records
Provide weekly updates on market opportunities and competitor activities.

6. Training & Education

Ability to train salon staff, front desk, receptionists, and salespeople
Ability to explain ingredients, active ingredients, and usage steps
Ability to compare your brands with competitor brands confidently

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
2–5 years in field sales, distribution, FMCG, pharma, or cosmetics.
Proven experience in closing B2B deals and expanding territory networks.
Must own a two-wheeler (bike or scooter) with a valid license.
Must be comfortable with daily field travel inside Kathmandu Valley and occasional out-of-valley trips.

Skills & Competencies

Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication in Nepali; English preferred.
Knowledge of skincare/cosmetics market trends is a plus.
Confident, proactive, self-disciplined, and result-oriented.
Strong relationship-building ability and follow-up discipline.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

Number of new B2B clients onboarded monthly.
Monthly sales revenue generated from field operations.
Distribution coverage (new cities, new stores).
Placement quality and product visibility in partner outlets.
Repeat order frequency and reorder volume.
Payment collection and aging control.

Compensation & Work Structure

Salary + travel allowance + performance incentives.
