Education Level	:	Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required	:	More than or equal to 2 years

Must be Nepalese Citizenship.
Knowledge of proposal and report writing.
Speaking and writing English language must be fluent.
Self-motivated and have a philosophy of teamwork.
Computer Knowledge (MS word, MS - Excel, Photoshop, etc.), presentation skill (Nepali typing recommended)

Organizing programs and events in accordance with the mission and goal of organization
Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization
Develop evaluation method to assess program strength and identify areas of improvement
Conduct Program monitoring and evaluation as per the conducted schedule and make reports
Program proposal, report writing and analyzing program result and risks
Conduct Field visits, case studies as per the required issue
Meeting with stakeholders to make community easy and transparent regarding project work

Applicants applying for Dhading will have to stay in job location for the entire of periods.
