Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in nursing with 2 years of working experience in I/NGOs. “OR” Proficiency Certificate level in nursing, HA with 3 years of working experience in I/NGOs.
TOT on SBA, maternal and neonatal child health care will be highly prioritized.
Candidates worked in recovery programs and disaster risk management will be highly prioritized.
Experience of working in the hill area of Nepal and is acquainted with the local context.
Excellent command of spoken of local language.
Good social mobilization, motivation and community sensitization skills.
Computer Literacy- Words, Excel, Access.
Acts as a team player and facilitates teamwork
Excellent verbal communication/facilitation skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish working relations with target communities and project team
Two wheeler diving licence will be an added advantage.
Candidates from the project areas are preferred
Applicants from marginalized community, dalit, janajati, madhesi, women and local residents are highly recommended to apply.

The project is focused on implementation of community health activities of “RESILIENT LOCAL COMMUNITIES THROUGH COMMUNITY HEALTH SUPPORT, DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND DISABILITY SUPPORT PROGRAMME" at field level and ensuring the activities are delivered on time and to the desired standard as outlined in the project plan and timetable. The contract will be for initially 1 year with possibility of further extension.
