• Manage, design, develop and maintain the construction project in a safe, timely and sustainable manner
• Conduct onsite inspections and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
• Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications
• Assess potential risks, materials and costs
• Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems
• Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders
• Collaborate with team members in planning and execution of the project
• Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
• Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc. and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required

• The vacancies are for our ongoing projects: Himali Chhatrabas, which has the remaining time of 5 months, and Construction of Bhairabi School, which has the remaining time of 9 months
• The selection process will be finalized within the month of Ashwin
• Your job duration will be for 5 or 9 months from the date of your appointment letter
• The organization will decide where to assign you out of two projects after the interview stage
• The salary isn’t inclusive of tax and it will be deducted from you pay each month as per the rules & regulations of Government of Nepal
