Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sr. Fiber Technician at one of the leading ISP company of Nepal.

Job Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair fiber optic cables and related equipment.
Conduct site surveys and plan fiber optic cable routes.
Splice and terminate fiber optic cables.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to fiber optics networks.
Perform testing and commissioning of fiber optic systems.
Coordinate with engineers and project managers to ensure project deadlines and objectives are met.
Adhere to safety protocols and standards during installation and maintenance activities.
Document work activities, including diagrams, specifications, and reports.
Train and mentor junior technicians on fiber optic installation and maintenance procedures.
Stay updated with industry trends and technologies related to fiber optics.
