Job Description

Manage assigned task of each individual in their responsible areas and manage
Responsible for end to end network and incident management of Fiber Network
Check and control the processes
Generate Analytical report of the network status keeping SLA/KPI
Resource management on assigning staffs for shift.
Fiber Network Monitoring and support operations.
Maintain and encourage for teamwork and discipline over all
Ensure all the daily routine reports
Ensuring patrolling of fiber routes on daily basis and output report
Ensure team availability 24/7 and incident recovery within SLA time
Proactive approach for fiber network to reduce incidents.
Ensure KPI targets are meet on monthly basis
Acceptance document and KPI approval on monthly basis
