The primary goal of this job is to sell clothing by facilitating the buying experience for international Clients in an effective and efficient manner.

• Working with Clients in Sales Department
• Solely responsible and accountable to complete Client Purchase Order
• Developing new design samples - sample fabrication including fitting, detailing, technical details and adaptation, thus achieving a good design sample
• Liaising with Design & Sampling Department
  
• Coordinating between Sales, Account, Production and Store Departments
  
• Ensuring sales showroom is up-to-date, tidy and well presented for client visit
• Responsible for preparing comprehensive Purchase Order file and supporting documentation
• Prepare and compile prerequisites for production
• Handover Purchase Order file to Production Department in line with office rules
• Update the Purchase Order Planner regularly, and ensuring deadlines therein
  
• Assure Quality Check for every Purchase Order
• Client-side follow-up and reporting
• Client file maintenance
• Colour combination preparation and graphic support
