Beautician Technical Trainer

We are seeking a motivated candidate with a strong background in the field of beauty and cosmetology to join our team at Balambu Technical Institute as a Beautician Technical Trainer/Teacher. As part of the education industry, we aspire to provide the best learning experience for our students by maintaining our facility and equipment to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments for Beautician Level 2 courses.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions for students to develop practical skills in salon treatments, skin care, makeup, nails, and hair styling.
• Conduct lectures and discussions on theoretical concepts related to beauty, hygiene, and cosmetology.
• Evaluate and grade students' performance, provide feedback, and maintain accurate records of their progress.
• Stay updated with industry developments and incorporate them into the curriculum to ensure students receive relevant and up-to-date education.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom and salon workshop environment, adhering to all necessary safety and chemical handling protocols.
• Collaborate with other faculty members to develop innovative teaching methods and techniques.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and other events as required by the institute.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to students to help them achieve their academic and career goals.
