  • At least an MBA or a Master Degree in related field
  • Effective classroom teaching skills
  • A strong commitment in teaching and research to effectively deliver our partner UK University programmes
  • Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills

Note: 

  • Preference will be given to applicants with the qualifications from reputed UK or overseas Universities
  • International academic or industry work experience will also be an added advantage
  • Besides these, applicants with PhD from reputed Universities and research publications will be given special preference

Job Description

Reports To: Programme Leader
Department: Masters (Business and Management)

  • Undertake teaching duties especially at post-graduate levels in at least three subject areas amongst: Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Human Resources, Operations, Management Theory and Practice, Strategic Management, and Entrepreneurship
  • Supervise post-graduate dissertation and consultancy project students
  • Be active in scholarly activities and conduct research in related areas to contribute to the development of Department’s research strengths
  • Engage in curriculum planning, development, and administration
  • Actively develop linkage with industry so as to bring practitioner knowledge and skills in the activities for students 
  • Undertake relevant administrative duties
  • Undertake any other duties assigned by the Programme Leader or his/her delegates
