Job Description

Develop and update course materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, and assessments.
Collaborate with department heads and faculty members to design and revise course curricula.
Conduct research in their area of expertise and contribute to the academic community through publications, presentations, or conferences.
Provide academic and career guidance to students, including course selection and major/minor advising.
Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching and research skills.
