Faculty - Department of IT

Our In-house (Full-time, regular) faculty member is responsible for achieving the strategic objectives of the college by playing the roles of teacher, scholar, researcher, and mentor of the Department of Information Technology. She/he reports to the Head of Department (Department In-Charge). The faculty member is responsible for developing the lesson plan, conducting classes, tutorials, and laboratory sessions on a regular basis, and evaluating students’ performance.

Key roles and responsibilities:

• Conducting the Teaching and Learning Activities (Prepare lessons plan and conduct classroom teaching and learning activities; develop teaching and learning materials, Conduct Assessments and exams, Execute Field Activities, Conduct Lab Activities, etc.)
• Conducting various student support functions (getting enrolled in admission, counseling and induction, career mentoring, placements, and corrective disciplinary supports)
• Administrative and other functions (Participate in different committees and meetings, in conducting other co-curricular and extracurricular activities, brainstorming sessions, student management issues, and support as sought by the college)
• Involved in research and other activities/duties as assigned by the college.

Kathford International College of Engineering and Management (IT & Management Block), Balkumari, Lalitpur.
