Job Description

Optimization of production as per installed capacity of individual machines
Close monitoring on raw material, auxiliary materials, packing materials, spares etc. for smooth productions
Forecasting the sales for forecasting the minimum level of production and maintaining minimum level of stock to meet future demand on time
Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations
Collaborating with section managers to obtain the daily report of material issue, production and work in progress
Collaborating with lab technicians to establish and execute quality control processes
Ensuring safeguard of factory assets and taking daily updates from security guards on daily movements within factory premises
Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order and required spare parts are properly maintained to avoid unplanned breakdown
Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues
Preparing production reports and submitting them to key decision-makers on timely basis
Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards
Screening, recruiting and training new factory workers
Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets
Report to the CFO/Directors on daily factory activities
