CGNS Seeds Pvt. Ltd. (A sister concern company of BLC Holdings) and a joint venture with leading seed company of Bangladesh is looking for the skillful and capable candidates for the following positions.
Factory Manager : One 

Qualifications/Experience:

• At least B.Sc. Agriculture or Graduate with 5-10 years of working experience in commercial seed processing company or other agriculture business in similar capacity. 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• The candidates will be responsible for overall factory management, commercial dealings and a guiding to the sales team. 

Skills:

• Computer knowledge, Motorbike driving, writing of technical proposals and reports, travels of farmers field in remote areas of Nepal. 
• Please submit a short note (maximum a page) on seed processing, production related to hybrid seed crop, seed marketing in Nepal, potential of hybrid seed production by private organizations and give your suggestions as well. No need to describe in detail.
