Job Description

The HR Officer’s duties to ensure that all HR practices approved by the Company are followed and complied to within the factory. Detailed tasks are listed as follows:

Responsible HR’s objectives, policies are implemented in accordance with the organization’s vision, mission and strategies as well as local labour law.
Administers corporate policies relating to compensation, benefits, employee relations, and health and safety programs.
To ensure 100% compliance to all the Statutes applicable to Factory and also with all work norms and work practices.
Performance management of all the Factory Employees
Conduct Job analysis for each job to know the worth and reward him accordingly
Management of salaries and wages for the employees
Safety concerns and ensuring all safety programs are followed within the unit.
Ensure Safety and healthy working conditions for employees within the unit
Needs to play a Key role in Forecasting the Labour Requirements and plan them accordingly
