Job Description

The HR Officer’s duties to ensure that all HR practices approved by the Company are followed and complied to within the factory. Detailed tasks are listed as follows:

  • Responsible HR’s objectives, policies are implemented in accordance with the organization’s vision, mission and strategies as well as local labour law. 
  • Administers corporate policies relating to compensation, benefits, employee relations, and health and safety programs. 
  • To ensure 100% compliance to all the Statutes applicable to Factory and also with all work norms and work practices. 
  • Performance management of all the Factory Employees
  • Conduct Job analysis for each job to know the worth and reward him accordingly
  • Management of salaries and wages for the employees
  • Safety concerns and ensuring all safety programs are followed within the unit.
  • Ensure Safety and healthy working conditions for employees within the unit
  • Needs to play a Key role in Forecasting the Labour Requirements and plan them accordingly
