Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accountant with experience in both Nepal and Australian accounting environments to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional written and spoken communication skills in English and demonstrate proficiency in bookkeeping, Xero (in the Australian context), and Nepali accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
  • Oversee payroll management, ensuring compliance with regulations and accurate processing.
  • Conduct cost and billing reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Handle intercompany reconciliations to align financial records across entities.
  • Manage PAYG, GST, Wages, and Super reconciliations on a monthly basis (End of Month - EOM).
  • Track and manage costs effectively to support budgeting and financial planning.
  • Maintain annual leave records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Record day-to-day financial transactions accurately and timely.
  • Prepare and distribute financial reports to the management team for review and decision-making.
