Job Description

  • To assist the CEO with daily administrative duties
  • Read and analyze incoming emails and faxes and manage them fluently
  • Manage and maintain executives’ schedules and make travel arrangement
  • Prepare response to correspondence containing routine inquiries
  • Make draft for official document/ Letter for CEO office
