Job Description

Development and validations of Water Proofing and Construction Chemicals category products, as per guidelines from Unit Technology Manager
Coordination and conducting various actionable areas as per discussion and guidelines Unit Technology Manager
Planning of Water Proofing and Construction Chemicals projects with timelines, executing market surveys study, market trials etc.
Setting up independent laboratory and establishing QA/QC programs for Water Proofing and Construction Chemicals range
Application and testing of waterproofing and adhesive products range
To handle product trials at customer sites
Identify actionable areas to implement at Unit Technology as per updates and guidelines received and execute the guidelines
Weekly/Fortnightly/Monthly reviews with Technology hierarchy, share MOM of meeting and execute the planned actions
Product testing at external laboratories, Government laboratories etc. and share reports
Product Benchmarking as per defined calendar, share reports and initiate further actions
Lab trials / bulk validation trials execution, performance testing, application trials and reports preparation and sharing to Unit Technology Manager
Root Cause Analysis for Genuine Quality complaints on WPCC complaints and CAPA
