Ideal candidate may possess many of the following characteristics:

• Candidate must have a passion for social works, especially in the much neglected area of mental health 
• Willing to accept challenges  
• Good command of both Nepali and English languages
• Able to write proposals for funding 
• Must possess a Master’s degree 
• At least one year working experience of Health Sector
