Role Description

  • Design and develop comprehensive training programs tailored to various levels of hospitality
  • Create and update training manuals, guides, and e-learning materials.
  • Ensure training programs are aligned with the latest industry standards and company objectives.
  • Identify, evaluate, and approach Hospitality (F&B Service/Production and Housekeeping) Candidates from various accessible sources.
  • Evaluate organizational performance to verify that training meets business needs and enhances performance.
  • Evaluate trainees' abilities, performance, and productivity to find areas of supply.
  • Develop assessment tools to measure training effectiveness 
  • Analyze training outcomes and feedback to continuously improve training programs.
  • Prepare and present reports on training activities, outcomes
  • Implement innovative training techniques and tools to enhance learning experiences and report to senior management.

Qualifications

  • At least a BHM (Bachelor of Hotel Management) degree with a specialty in hospitality is required.
  • Must have knowledge of food and beverage service and housekeeping, and minimum two years of continuous hospitality management experience in a reputable hotel/training academy.
  • Computer proficient, having expertise in MS Office.
  • Experienced with advanced hospitality training procedures.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Must have attractive personality.
  • Should be hardworking.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent track record of developing and delivering hospitality training programs.
  • Must have problem solving abilities.
