Executive Director

Core Competencies:
Under the guidance of Executive Board of MAN, the successful candidates should be able to dynamically lead the Organization in all field of its core functions of Organization Management, Strategic Oversight, Leadership and Team Building, Executive Policies and Programs Implementation, Budget Management, Human Resource Planning and Management, Monitoring and Supervision, Membership Development and Motivation, Training Development, Research and Consulting Services, Negotiations, National and International Relations and Networking with GON, Public and Private Sector, National, Regional and Local Level Program Planning and Management, Project Management, and Facilitation, Proposal Preparation, Publications Management , National and International Issues based Contemporary Program Development and Management, Coordination, Communication and Reporting Educational Institution Administration and Management, Meeting Management and Minuting etc

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should be a self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills and capable of taking charge of all day-to-day activities of MAN as per the Constitution and By-laws of the organization 
  • Inspire the MAN Members in professional networking activities
  • Develop/Organize Training Programs
  • Promote Research and Consulting activities

Arrange for adequate pool of academic and professional Resource Persons for running Management Training Programs, Research/Consulting services and EMBA Programs

Qualification:

  • MBA from a reputed University, with minimum 10+years' experience and proven track record in managing training programs, consulting services and research activities
  • The candidate should be in between 35-50 years of age
  • Experienced in related field is preferred

Compensation:

  • Attractive salary package with perks as per rules and regulation of the organization
  • However, the same may be negotiated according to the expertise and experience of the candidate
  • Terms of Employment: Two years term with initial probation period of three months
  • Service tenure is renewable subject to satisfactory achievement under the performance contact
