  • Highly trainable on new systems

Job Description

  • Maintaining relation with customers, internal staff as well as service providers or partners and following up and reporting  to them regularly on all shipments
  • Resolving disputes and creating win-win situation for both the Company and its customers
  • Corresponding with overseas counterparts on a daily basis.
  • Creating and maintaining filing systems for all customer related documents.
  • Reporting to Line Manager on a Daily Basis
