Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Responsibilities:

Operations/Admin
Overall operations management, including administrative and finance functions
Manage progress meetings
Report to the Board
Fundraising
Coordinate with the Board on fundraising strategies
Coordinate and communicate with potential and current funders
Prepare grant proposals and reports
Program Implementation
Oversee campaigns and projects

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Skills:

Master's degree or Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience,
Fluency in English and Nepali (written and spoken)
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, at least Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Efficient (or at least open to learn) to use technology, social media and communication.
Flexible to work in pressure and with diverse group
Ability to work in teams as well as on their own
Self-starter and willing to take initiative
