We are seeking a dedicated and creative individual to join our team as an Executive in Content Management. This role will involve taking ownership of our YouTube channel, and the ideal candidate will have the ability to create, curate, and consistently update engaging content in alignment with our brand's voice and image.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Curation: Devise and generate compelling YouTube content, either by personally representing the brand or using AI tools to craft original content. Regularly update the channel to maintain consistent audience engagement and ensure a steady stream of fresh content.
• Research & Development: Perform comprehensive research to maintain content relevance, accuracy, and originality. Keep abreast of industry trends and viewer preferences to enhance the channel's content strategy.
• Brand Representation: Uphold and project the brand's persona through the channel's content. This might involve being a brand ambassador or crafting content that echoes the brand's philosophy.
• Content Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute a content strategy aimed at expanding the channel's subscriber base, improving viewer retention, and increasing overall user engagement.
• Analytics & Performance Monitoring: Track and interpret channel performance metrics to assess content effectiveness. Use these insights to refine content strategy and improve reach and engagement.
