Should 8 to 10 years of experience in star hotel
Must be able to calculate food cost and maintain food cost.
Must have good knowldege of Indian, Continental, Chinese food production.
Must be able to work in a busy enviornment mobilzing the team available
Must be able to motivate staff and make sure good, hygienic and nutritious food is procduced within a reasoable time frame.

Job Description

Ideal candidate must be able to produce all types international food such as Continental, Chinese, Indian and others as required.
Must be able to mobilize the cook team in busy kitchen
Must be able to maintain good hygiene of the kitchen
Must be able work in a team with kitchen staff motivating them and in good coordiation with other departments especially food and beverage department
