Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef as an Entrepreneur and Investor at Hospitality World Campus located in Jawlakhel, Kathmandu. The Executive Chef will oversee the food operations, manage all kitchen practicals, and ensure high-quality international cuisine preparation 

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
• Leadership skills to manage and train Culinary students 
• Creativity in designing new menus and dishes
• Knowledge of various cooking methods and exceptional culinary skills
• Understanding of food costs, as well as kitchen operations
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Certification from a culinary school or relevant field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
