Collaborate with restaurant management to optimize kitchen efficiency, minimize waste, and control costs while maintaining profitability.
Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, excellence, and continuous improvement.
Stay abreast of culinary trends, techniques, and industry developments, incorporating new ideas and concepts into menu offerings.
Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the availability of high-quality ingredients and products.
