  • Must have 5 Years experience or more in similar position from any Star Hotel or Restaurant focus on Indian cuisine.

  • Should be capable of managing and organizing food and beverage production department
  • Should be a team leader and be capable of managing and training the junior staff.
  • Should be able to create good quality food.
  • Should be able plan and promote the menus for different events.
  • Must have knowledge of Indian Cuisine.
  • Should be willing to work under pressure.

Job Description

  • Provide visionary culinary leadership to the kitchen team, inspiring creativity and maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards, and implement best practices in the kitchen.
  • Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Schedule and supervise kitchen personnel, managing workflow and optimizing efficiency.
  • Manage food costs by monitoring inventory, controlling waste, and optimizing menu pricing.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to source high-quality ingredients at competitive prices.
  • Interact with customers to understand their preferences and feedback, and use this information to enhance the dining experience.
  • Actively participate in special events and promotions to promote the restaurant's culinary offerings.
