Required Qualifications:
Intermediate degree/+2 in any discipline with at least 2 years of experience in relevant field. Age should not exceed 35 years as of June 03 2015. This age limit will not be applicable for PAF's working staffs.
Preferred Knowledge and Skills:
He/she should have proficiency in MS computer application and in verbal/written English and Nepali.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage visitor appointments with office Executives and ensure that the Executive is well informed of the visitors' purpose
Operate telephone and assist Executive to manage their telephone calls.
Assists in word processing of documents, prepare spreadsheets, presentations and database as required
Prepare and send faxes/telexes and emails
Maintain the documentation of reports
Assist Executives in preparation for Board Meetings and Policy Meetings
Manage the unit area and all office equipment or document within that area
Maintain filing system and record keepings
Assist to arrange meetings and take minutes
Assist in arranging workshop/training and prepare reports
Management calendar and travel of senior management
Assist in preparation of travel requests and statement of expenses
Assist in processing hiring/procurement of service including preparation of related documents
Track assigned task/timetable, co-ordinate with relevant staff and provide assistance and/or information on project related matters
Draft letters/correspondences
Whenever required, participate in all PAF activities to help promote its programs, and to learn from the experience gained or ideas developed by the organization
Other secretarial works as required
Others Relevant Information:
Priority will be given to individuals with higher education for all assistant level positions.
