Job Description

This position is responsible to work closely with our Managing Director ensuring seamless dayto-day operations, support in administration and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the MD.
  • Manage the MD's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and follow up on meetings, ensuring timely execution of decisions.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Maintaining the company’s records including MD’s personnel files.
  • Systematically file visiting cards and keep contacts record for efficient retrieval.
  • Screen incoming calls, inquiries, and requests, providing timely and effective responses or directing them to the Managing Director.
  • Ensure MD’s office is well equipped with all necessary stationery and office supplies.
  • Proactively remind of pending tasks and meetings.
  • Any other duties appropriate to the post or as assigned by the MD.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role (more than 2 years of experience preferred).
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality
