Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide high-level administrative and strategic support. This role requires exceptional communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner to the CEO, facilitating smooth business operations and ensuring efficient decision-making.

  • Assist the CEO in tracking and managing key projects, providing necessary data support and analysis, preparing reports and summaries, and handling basic management tasks to ensure timely completion of all assignments.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental resources to facilitate effective communication among project team members.
  • Assist the CEO in task delegation, implementation, inspection, supervision, and execution, ensuring proper communication and follow-through.
  • Organize group-level meetings, including scheduling and content planning, and be responsible for meeting minutes, information dissemination, and feedback collection.
  • Handle external business communication, meetings, itineraries, and arrangements for transportation and accommodation.
  • Draft, issue, receive, and relay documents, letters, and correspondence for the CEO.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the CEO.
