Roles and responsibilities of this job

Manage the Chairperson’s calendar, schedules and documentations
Manage communications with internal and external stakeholders and brief the Chairperson on a daily basis
Participate in meetings and circulate meeting minutes
Job responsibilities are not limited to aforementioned description and the jobholder may require to perform other responsibilities as required by the job
