Job Description

  • Streamline day-to-day operations pertaining to MD's office to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Manage calendars, schedules, appointments, and executive meetings. 
  • Attending meetings, recording minutes, and circulating to respective colleagues and follow through.
  • Arrange for the availability and maintenance of meeting room facilities of office premises.
  • Travel Management of all senior executives and visitors from the regional /HQ team.
  • Preparation of official reports, presentations, and other documents as and when necessary.
  • Maintain Board & AGM related documents/files/minutes/agreements etc., and support Company Secretary for Board & AGM related jobs.
  • Maintaining and monitoring the MD office budget and expense claim
  • Arranging executive dinners, and events, participation in social events when needed
