Job Description

Streamline day-to-day operations pertaining to MD's office to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Manage calendars, schedules, appointments, and executive meetings.
Attending meetings, recording minutes, and circulating to respective colleagues and follow through.
Arrange for the availability and maintenance of meeting room facilities of office premises.
Travel Management of all senior executives and visitors from the regional /HQ team.
Preparation of official reports, presentations, and other documents as and when necessary.
Maintain Board & AGM related documents/files/minutes/agreements etc., and support Company Secretary for Board & AGM related jobs.
Maintaining and monitoring the MD office budget and expense claim
Arranging executive dinners, and events, participation in social events when needed
