Job Specification

Education Level : Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required : Less than or equal to 5 years
Other Specification
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Licensed Architect preferred)
  • Minimum 1-5 years of continuous experience in on-site coordination, reviewing contractor submittals, and responding to RFIs
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit, MS Office (especially Excel); Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator are a plus
  • Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills
  • Team player with a pleasant personality and interpersonal skills

Job Description

  • Assist in design, drawings, sketches and assist in getting approvals.
  • Assist in assessing the differences and variation if any of the completed or in-progress work from approved design, drawings. And regularly report daily work progress to the director
  • Must be able to prepare BOQ and BOM of any construction activity and prepare Terms of Reference for any component of the construction work.
  • Assist in verification of the procured materials and flag the materials that are of sub-standard or not as per the specifications.
  • Must be able to assist and prepare schedule and plan the construction work, construction budgets
  • Assist the company in outsourcing graphic and promotional design matters.
  • Adapted to changing environments and took responsibility for handling unexpected issues during the construction process, under director supervision.
  • Advanced-experience architect able to oversee multiple projects and works under director supervision.
  • Familiar with project management, bidding, cost control, and other related tasks, with strong coordination and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent organizational and management abilities.
  • Prepare work design, drawings, sketches, and assist in getting related approvals.
  • Assess the differences and variation if any of the completed or in-progress work from approved design, drawings and regularly report daily work progress to the director.
  • Must be able to prepare BOQ and BOM of any construction activity and prepare Terms of Reference for any component of the construction work.
  • Must be able to verify the procured materials and flag the materials that are of sub-standard or not as per the specifications and conduct inspection work for project acceptance and completion.
  • Must be able to schedule and plan the construction work, construction budgets.
